4. Booking and Payment
All coaching sessions must be booked in advance and are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received

Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes and delivered online
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined
If the Company cancels a session, an alternative time or refund will be offered.
6. Refund Policy
Coaching
All coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked, except where the Company cancels the session.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
By purchasing digital products, you agree that:

Coaching is not suitable for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, including but not limited to suicidal ideation or severe untreated conditions.
The Company reserves the right to pause or terminate services and recommend appropriate professional support where necessary.
9. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential, except where:
