Certified Trauma Informed Coach - Specialising in Narcissistic Abuse

Two and a half years ago, my life changed in a way I never saw coming. Forty-eight hours before, I was sitting at the dinner table planning a wedding and talking about having more children. And then… plot twist. Suddenly, I was a single mum.​ One minute I was imagining a future, the next I was figuring out how to hold myself together while caring for a baby.

Looking back now, I can see that I’d been a single mum long before the relationship ended - I just didn’t have the words for it yet.​ The red flags were there, but when you’re in it, you don’t see them clearly. You normalise what hurts. You minimise what feels wrong. You tell yourself you’re overreacting. Spoiler: you’re not.

I created this space to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can feel understood, supported and empowered to move forward. through one-on-one coaching, practical guides and supportive meet-ups, I help single mums regain clarity, confidence and connection, at a pace that feels right for you!

My approach combines practical tools, evidence-based strategies and lived experience. I focus on helping you 

- Heal from past experiences and toxic relationships

- Build confidence as a parent and individual and help you find yourself again.

- Navigate co-parenting, divorce and boundaries.

- Access practical resources, guides and strategies that help.

Everyone is different, every journey is different, which is why my work is flexible, compassionate and trauma-informed. My goal isn't just to guide you through challenges - its to help you feel stronger, more in control and supported every step of the way.
