Trauma Informed Coaching

If you’re a single parent who’s been through a difficult relationship, you may feel like you’re always in survival mode. You’re doing everything you can to keep things together - for your kids, your home, your life - but inside, you’re exhausted.

Maybe you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or on edge.
Maybe you know you want things to be different, but you don’t even know where to start.

Trauma-informed coaching is a supportive space just for you.
It helps you understand why your body and mind are still in “survival mode,” even though the relationship is over. Your nervous system learned to stay alert to protect you and your children.

This kind of coaching doesn’t push you or ask you to relive painful experiences.
It moves at your pace, helping you feel safer, steadier, and more grounded - so you can slowly shift out of survival and into a life that feels more stable and manageable.

You’ve already survived a lot.

How It Works

10 Minute Strategy Call

I usually recommend a free 10-minute strategy call first. It gives us a chance to talk about what you’re hoping to get out of coaching, and for me to explain how it works. It also gives you space to ask questions and helps settle any nerves before booking.

Coaching Sessions

​​Coaching sessions are personalised to you and what’s coming up in your life. I share tools and insights to support nervous system regulation, but everything is led by the conversation and your needs, so it feels natural, supportive, and not overwhelming.

Ongoing Support

Sessions can be booked individually or in blocks, depending on what feels right for you. Whether we work together short-term or longer-term, I’m here to support you on your journey and to check in with you along the way, making sure you feel held and supported and seeing if there’s anything more I can help with.
